Terms for creators

Company Terms of Service

Effective 5 August 2025

These terms govern the relationship between you as a creator and Diversity TikTok Agency, operated by Diversity Media LTD.

Services provided

We provide talent representation, campaign negotiation, brand partnerships and promotional management for TikTok creators.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom.
  • You must own and operate your TikTok account in accordance with TikTok’s Community Guidelines.

Agency rights and obligations

  • We will make reasonable efforts to secure brand opportunities.
  • We will represent you in negotiations with agreed brands.
  • Where necessary, we will liaise with TikTok to support your creator account.

Creator rights and obligations

  • Provide accurate account analytics and content data when requested.
  • Deliver agreed content within campaign deadlines.
  • Follow TikTok’s payment and commission structure.
  • Joining the Discord server is optional but strongly recommended for communication and growth opportunities.
  • Do not enter a conflicting agreement during your contract without our prior written consent.

Fees and payments

  • TikTok processes creator payments directly.
  • TikTok determines commission rates and payment timelines; Diversity TikTok Agency does not alter them.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Creators can request termination through the TikTok LIVE Creator section of their account. The Agency may terminate immediately if a creator breaches these terms, TikTok’s Terms of Service or TikTok’s Community Guidelines.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
